Life changes and your estate plan should evolve with you. It's easy to make changes to your documents to ensure your plan stays up to date.

It's a good idea to revisit your plan every few years and after any major life events. Births, deaths, changes in marital status, and changes in residency are all great reasons to check in on your estate plan. Here's how:

To make a change before purchase:

After you complete all questions, you can still make updates and edits. Just head to the Summary page and click on anything you want to change. You'll jump back to the relevant questions where you can make any updates you need.

To make a change after purchase:

Your purchase includes a year of unlimited updates. You can make changes after that first year for a small fee -- you can get another year of unlimited updates for just $10 for the Will and Guardian plans and just $100 for the Trust plan.

Change is inevitable, but it doesn't have to be difficult (or expensive).
