As a Primary Trustee, you have the responsibility of controlling everything in your Trust.

This means you have full control of all assets transferred to your Trust. You'll remain the Primary Trustee of your Trust until you pass. Once this occurs, whoever you've named as your Successor Trustee(s) will take over to administer and distribute assets under the terms of your Trust.
