You can't update an existing Power of Attorney through Trust & Will, but you can create a new one. A new Power of Attorney may automatically revoke an existing Power of Attorney, but it depends on the terms of your existing Power of Attorney. Just to be sure, you can always revoke your existing Power of Attorney so only the new one is in effect.

Per state legal requirements, the Power of Attorney we provide will be completed by hand. We include a state-specific Power of Attorney template with each Will-based Estate Plan, Trust-based Estate Plan, and Healthcare-based Estate Plan.
