This depends on the legal requirements of your state. Here's a list of states that currently allow for online signing and notarization of estate planning documents:

  • Arizona
  • Florida
  • Indiana
  • Nevada
  • Utah

For states that do allow e-sign, we've partnered with Notarize.com to provide online notarization and signing directly from your Trust & Will account. Documents that are available to e-sign through Trust & Will include the Last Will & Testament, Living Will, and Power of Attorney. Documents in the Trust-based Estate Plan are not included at this time.

Once your documents are signed electronically, you have the option to request the signed physical copies to be shipped or download them directly from your account to print.

We're updating this list on an ongoing basis. Last updated 5/12/2022.
