Trust & Will members have control over their privacy settings. If a member chooses to keep their identity private, their name will appear as "Anonymous" in your Portal. While you can see that they've included your organization in their estate plan, the specific details of their gift are not visible to you. Members can change their privacy settings at any time.
Alongside those “Anonymous” donors, you’ll notice a crossed-out eye icon in the GIFT DETAILS column. This is another indication that the member has chosen to keep their gift details private.
In some cases, you will see a donor’s name, but you will also see the crossed-out eye icon in place of the gift details:
This is because Trust & Will members who joined using your referral link have agreed to share identifying information with our Terms of Service at sign-up.
