How much does an Estate Plan cost?

Estate Plans are not one size fits all. We offer 4 different options based on what's best for your unique situation.

  • Guardian Estate Plan
$39 for an individual and $69 for married couples. Our most basic plan for parents with minor children who aren’t ready to create a complete Will.
  • Healthcare-based Estate Plan
$89 for an individual, $159 for couples. This plan includes a Living Will, Power of Attorney, and HIPAA Authorization as well as an optional Last Will & Testament. This plan works best for folks who already have a Will and/or Trust in place, and are looking to supplement with Healthcare documents.
  • Will-based Estate Plan
Just at $89 for an individual. Married? You can add documents for your spouse for just $70 more ($159 total). A plan for who will look after your children and what should happen to your assets, if something happens.
  • Trust-based Estate Plan
$399 for an individual. Create a joint trust with your spouse for just $100 more ($499 total). Avoid probate with a complete plan for the protection and transfer of your most important assets.

Every purchase includes a year of unlimited updates. You can subscribe for unlimited updates at any time for a small annual fee:
