You can see the status of your membership, including the renewal date, or change tiers on the Settings page.
What are the benefits included?
Free (no membership) - $0/year (simply choose "No, thanks" in the membership section at checkout)

Essentials - $49/year (available at checkout or from your Settings page after checkout)
Includes everything in the free tier in addition to:
- Advanced AI assistant
- Free shipping*
- Digital Safe uploads
Pro - $299/year (only available for purchase after checkout from your Settings page)
Includes everything in the Essentials tier, in addition to:
- Attorney support
- Estate tax report
- Premium support
Please note: Your membership will automatically renew using the payment method on file from your Estate Plan purchase. If you need assistance with your membership, please contact our Support team.
*Free shipments are provided once per billing cycle.
How to Upgrade or Downgrade Tiers
You can upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time to a new tier directly within your account.
- Log in to your account and click on "My Account" at the top right corner
- Click on "Settings"
- Once on the Settings page, scroll down to the Membership section
- Click on "Manage"
- Then choose which membership you would like to change to or click on "Looking to cancel your membership?" to downgrade
How to Cancel Your Membership
Your Estate Plan remains valid even if you decide to cancel the membership. You have the freedom to cancel at any time by following these steps:
- Log in to your account and click on "My Account" at the top right corner
- Click on "Settings"
- Once on the Settings page, scroll down to the Membership section
- Click on "Manage"
- Scroll down and select “Looking to cancel your Membership?”
- Confirm by selecting “Yes, cancel”
If you cancel before your membership is set to expire, you will see a new date in your membership details called the “Downgrade date”. This will be when your current tier benefits end.
