Trust & Will has partnered with Anasova, an advisor marketplace, to help members who want extra support connect with an independent financial advisor. Here's what to know if you see this option in your account.
What Is Anasova?
Anasova is a marketplace that connects people with independent financial advisors. Trust & Will shares member information with Anasova only when a member opts in. We don't match, refer, recommend, or endorse any specific advisor. Once you opt in, an independent advisor may purchase your information and reach out to you directly.
How Does the Advisor Connection Work?
If you choose to opt in during your account flow, you'll confirm your interest, select your household net worth, and consent to share your information. Your information is then made available to Anasova's marketplace, and an independent advisory firm may reach out to you.
Only the advisor who obtains your information will contact you. Neither Anasova nor Trust & Will will ever reach out to you directly about this.
What Information Is Shared?
If you opt in, the information shared includes your name, email, phone number, zip code, and general financial-profile details (like household net worth). This is disclosed during the opt-in flow, along with links to Trust & Will's and Anasova's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
What Can I Expect From an Advisor Who Contacts Me?
Advisors who reach out through Anasova are required to:
- Limit contact attempts: No more than 3 attempts within the first 30 days.
- Honor opt-out requests quickly: Contact must stop within 2 business days of an opt-out request.
- Represent themselves accurately: Advisors cannot claim to be affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Trust & Will.
- Keep your information private: Advisors cannot resell or share your information with anyone else.
Is There a Cost to Opt In?
No. Opting in to the Anasova marketplace is completely free, and there's no obligation to work with any advisor who contacts you. Choosing to opt in, or not, has no effect on your estate plan.
How Do I Opt Out?
If you opted in and want to stop being contacted, the fastest way is the opt-out link included in the advisor's message, as it goes directly to their firm. If you'd rather not use that link, reach out to our Member Support team and we can help submit the request. Either way, contact should stop within about 2 business days.
How Do I Request That My Data Be Removed?
You can ask Anasova to remove your information from their systems entirely. Data-removal requests are typically completed within 7 business days, and written confirmation is available on request.
If you have any questions about the Anasova partnership or how your information is being used, please don't hesitate to reach out to our friendly Member Support team for help!
