The People page is your estate plan's central hub for everyone who matters most. As you complete your estate plan questionnaire, your People page is automatically built out with all of the individuals you've named.

Adding your loved ones gives our Estate Assistant the context it needs to deliver more accurate, personalized guidance tailored to your unique family situation. The more complete your People page, the smarter and more helpful your experience becomes.

Adding contact information for your loved ones also gives you a central place to return to view their information. If you have designated a Legacy Contact, they can request a file containing all of your loved ones' contact information after your passing.

How to get there: Simply click People from the left-side menu of your account.

What you can do from your People page:

  • View everyone named in your estate plan alongside their assigned roles, such as Trustee, Beneficiary, Primary Guardian, Successor Trustee, and more.
  • Edit a person's details at any time, including their full legal name, date of birth, relationship, email, phone, and mailing address.
  • Add family members, such as parents, siblings, grandparents, or grandchildren, even if they don't have a formal role in your plan. This gives your Estate Assistant better context and adds their contact information for you or your Legacy Contact's future reference.
  • Navigate directly back to the relevant section of your questionnaire to review or update your plan by clicking on the role listed under a person's profile.

Have you added a Legacy Contact yet? A Legacy Contact receives read-only access to your Trust & Will account data and information after you pass, providing your loved ones with additional information they may need to execute your plan. If you haven't added one yet, you'll find a prompt at the bottom of your People page to do so!
