Why can't I use numbers in my Trust name?
Trust & Will does not allow numbers or symbols in Trust names. This is intentional, as Trust names with numbers can cause issues when presenting your Trust to banks or recording real estate.
What do most people name their Trust?
Most people name their Trust after their family, such as The Smith Family Trust or The Smith Revocable Living Trust, though it's entirely up to you. Numbers associated with your Trust (like the date it was signed or its tax ID) are stored separately in your Trust documentation and don't need to be part of the name.
