How do I get a paper copy of my documents?
Once you have completed your Trust or Will on our site, you can download your finished documents or request physical copies be shipped to you.
What are the shipping fees for documents?
Members in a paid membership tier can receive one complimentary shipment of their documents per billing cycle. If you’d like extra shipments beyond that, they’re available for a fee. There is no limit to how many you can purchase.
If you are not enrolled in a membership, shipping is not included. However, you can still purchase a shipment anytime or download and print your documents at home for free.
The shipping fee structure is as follows:
- Will-Based Estate Plan: an additional $25 per shipping request.
- Trust-Based Estate Plan: an additional $35 per shipping request.
How to Request Document Shipping
To request your documents be shipped to you, follow these steps:
- Log into your account and select Documents from the menu on the left side, then choose Legal Documents at the top beside Summary.
- Choose Ship documents.
- Select which documents you wish to have shipped.
- Enter your shipping information.
- Finally, click Ship documents to complete the process.
