How to Review, Download, or Print Your Documents
Once you complete the questionnaire, your documents will generate immediately and you can download the documents to your device for printing.
Please follow the steps below to download your documents:

Log in to your account and click Documents from the left-side menu:

Click on the Documents tab near the top, and then from there, you can click “Download All” to download all the listed documents:

Or, click on each document in the list to view or download individually:
- Once the documents are downloaded, feel free to print from your device or other location of choice.
