We stand behind everything we do and want you to be completely satisfied with the final product and service you receive from Trust & Will. If you are unsatisfied with our product or service, please submit a refund request within 30 days of purchase, and we’ll review it within seven business days. 

If you have utilized services such as Attorney Support, concierge, notary, or deeds, we reserve the right to withhold a portion of the purchase price to cover the costs associated with providing you with service.

How to Request a Refund

If you want to request a refund for a Trust or Will, please contact us and include the following information:

  • Your first and last names
  • Email address
  • Date of purchase
  • Receipt number
  • A detailed reason for requesting a refund 

You can also request a refund through the Estate Assistant. Simply log in to your account using your email address and password, then click Ask Assistant in the top-right corner. Let the Estate Assistant know you’d like to request a refund and answer a few short questions to get started.

If your request is within our 30-day refund window, the Estate Assistant will process your refund automatically. If it’s outside the 30-day window or involves an Attorney Support purchase, your request will be routed to our Member Support team for further review.

Attorney Support Add-on Refund Policy

If you purchased individual Attorney Support (outside our Pro Tier membership) for your Trust- or Will-Based Estate Plan but did not create or attend an appointment, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

If you've engaged in an attorney consultation, we retain the right to withhold a maximum of 100% of the purchase price from your refund. Please contact support to make your request.

Membership Refund Policy

You can cancel your membership anytime through the Profile & Settings in your online Trust & Will account. If you cancel, your membership will not automatically renew on your membership termination date. All payments made for active memberships are final and non-refundable. 

 

IMPORTANT: We will not process a refund for active, paid memberships so we encourage you to review all membership details and benefits prior to purchasing. Please see all membership tier details here.

 

Please note: Your refund will be processed using the original payment method on file for all refunds processed. We do not issue refunds in the form of physical checks.
