How to Add a Trust to Your Will-Based Estate Plan

If you already have a will through Trust & Will and decide you want to add a Trust, it's an easy process you can do right from your account. Adding a Trust is like an upgrade—it costs a bit more, but all the information you've already filled out stays put. You're just adding extra documents for the Trust to your existing plan.

How do I add a Trust to my Will?

  1. Click My account
  2. Click Profile & settings
  3. Scroll down to the 'Add-ons' section
  4. Click Add a Trust
  5. Complete the checkout process—you’ll now be upgraded to a Trust-based estate plan

All of your information will be saved, but we recommend revisiting each section since the Trust is structured a bit differently from the Will.
