Need to close your account? We're sorry to see you leave but we understand that circumstances change and respect your decision. Here's how you can request the deletion of your Trust & Will account information:

How to Close Your Trust & Will Account

  1. Contact Member Support: Reach out to our Member Support team through chat, phone, or email to initiate the account deletion process.
  2. Provide Verification Information: For us to process your request, you'll need to verify your identity. To verify your identity for account deletion, please provide one item from each of the following two categories.

    Both pieces of information are required to process your request:
    1. Credit Card or Estate Plan Verification:
      • The last 4 digits of the credit card associated with your account
      • A person listed in your Estate Plan
    2. Address or Phone Number Verification:
      • The home address on your account
      • The phone number associated with your account
  3. Await Confirmation: We'll confirm receipt of your request. Your account and all associated information will be processed for deletion within 35 days of identity verification.
