How to Delete Your Account

Members can’t delete their account themselves. They must contact Member Support (chat, phone, or email) to request deletion. To verify identity, the member must provide one item from each of three categories, and all three are required: (1) the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or a person listed in the estate plan other than the member; (2) the home address or phone number on the account; and (3) the approximate date the account was created. Trust & Will confirms receipt of the request. The account and all associated information are processed for deletion within 35 days of identity verification. How to Close Your Trust & Will Account

  1. Contact Member Support: Reach out to our Member Support team through chat, phone, or email to initiate the account deletion process.

     

  2. Provide Verification Information: For us to process your request, you'll need to verify your identity. To verify your identity for account deletion, please provide one item from each of the following categories. 

    All pieces of information are required to process your request:
    1. The last 4 digits of the credit card OR a person listed in the Estate Plan (besides yourself)
    2. The home address on your account OR the phone number associated with your account

    3. The date the account was created (approximate is fine)

       

  3. Await Confirmation: We'll confirm receipt of your request. Your account and all associated information will be processed for deletion within 35 days of identity verification.
