Members can view their membership status, buy another year of document updates, and change or cancel their membership in the Membership section of the Settings page. The section shows whether the member is on Essentials, Pro, Basic, or Plus. To change a membership, sign in, go to My Account > Settings, scroll to Membership, and click Change. To upgrade from Essentials to Pro, select Pro and confirm billing details. The upgrade is immediate. To cancel Essentials or Pro, click “Cancel” in the Cancel membership section. The membership won’t auto-renew and ends at the close of the current billing cycle, and the member loses its features but can upgrade later. Basic and Plus are legacy memberships and are no longer offered to new members. To downgrade from Plus to Basic (free), just select Basic so you won’t auto-renew at the end of your billing cycle. Current Memberships: Essentials & Pro
Upgrade from Essentials to Pro:
- Sign in to your account.
- Click My Account in the top right corner of the page.
- Click Settings from the drop-down menu.
- Scroll down to the "Membership" section, then click Change.
- Select Pro and confirm your billing details. Your account upgrades immediately, and you'll have access to Pro features right away.
Cancel your Membership:
- Sign in to your account.
- Click My Account in the top right corner of the page.
- Click Settings from the drop-down menu.
- Scroll down to the "Membership" section, then click Change.
- Click on "Cancel" within the Cancel membership section.
- At the end of your current billing cycle, your membership will not auto-renew and will be officially canceled.
- You'll lose the features included in your membership, but you can always upgrade later if needed.
Legacy Memberships: Basic & Plus
These plans are no longer offered to new members, but if you signed up before Trust & Will introduced Essentials and Pro, you may still be on one of these.
Downgrade from Plus to Basic:
- Sign in to your account.
- Click My Account in the top right corner of the page.
- Click Settings from the drop-down menu.
- Scroll down to the "Membership" section, then click Change.
- Select Basic (free) to cancel your Plus membership, or keep your current Plus membership for the yearly renewal fee.
- Once you select Basic, your membership will not auto-renew at the end of your current billing cycle and will downgrade to Basic.
- You'll lose the features included in the Plus membership, but you can always upgrade to a current membership (Essentials or Pro) later if needed.
