Keeping your payment information up-to-date helps you maintain uninterrupted access to all your membership benefits, and updating is quick and easy!
To Update Your Payment Method
- Log in to your Trust & Will account.
- Click “My Account” in the top-right corner, then select “Profile & Settings”.
- Scroll down to the Membership section.
- Click “Change” next to your current payment method and enter your new payment details.
Your updated payment information will be saved automatically for future renewals.
Need to Remove an Old Card?
If you’d like to remove a card from your account, please reach out to our Member Support team. You will need to provide the last 4 digits and expiration date of the card that you’d like removed from your account. The Member Support team will take care of it for you quickly and securely!
Expired Cards
If a card on file has expired, any renewal payment attempted with that card will not go through. When this happens, your membership will automatically be canceled.
The good news is that you can easily reactivate your membership at any time! Simply repurchase your membership using an active card, and all your benefits will be restored right away.
