What is Concierge Support?
Concierge Support is an enhanced, one-on-one guided support experience. You're matched with a dedicated Concierge Specialist who works with you for a full year, offering hands-on, step-by-step guidance through the questionnaire and planning process.
What's Included With Concierge Support?
Your Concierge Specialist will:
- Get you onboarded: You're invited to schedule a welcome call within 30 days of signing up, where your specialist will teach you how to use the platform and help you clarify next steps.
- Support you all year: You'll work with the same specialist for a full year, with unlimited support to help strengthen and refine your plan and answer your questions as they come up.
- Keep you moving with proactive check-ins: Your specialist will check in along the way, including helping you connect with a notary and fund your trust, so you can build a plan that gives you peace of mind.
- Review your plan annually: Before your year of support ends, you'll have an annual review call to revisit your plan together.

How Much Does Concierge Support Cost?
Concierge Support is currently available for a one-time fee of $149. It's available exclusively to members who have already purchased a Will or Trust plan.
How Do I Sign Up for Concierge Support?
Concierge is currently offered as an early-access option, so you may not see it listed directly in your Trust & Will account yet, but you'll have full access once you sign up. Here's how to get started:
- Purchase a Will or Trust plan, if you haven't already.
- Complete the purchase form.
That's it! You'll be able to schedule your first call with your Concierge Specialist once you're signed up.
What Happens After I Sign Up?
Within about 5 minutes of signing up, you'll get an email confirmation letting you know you've been matched with your dedicated Concierge Specialist, along with a link to schedule your welcome call.
What Are My Specialist's Support Hours?
Your Concierge Specialist is available Monday through Friday, 9 AM–5 PM ET (6 AM–2 PM PT).
